These terms describe the Smet Software Solutions receptionist pilot. They do not form a resale agreement. The service is undergoing supervised testing. Routine call forwarding has not been activated. Publication of these terms does not enable call handling.

Leaving a message
The assistant may answer forwarded calls to the owner's shared personal/business number. It identifies itself as AI and takes brief personal messages or IT business enquiries in Dutch, English or French, with English summaries for the owner. You may decline, hang up or email instead.
Keep messages relevant. Do not provide passwords, account credentials, payment details or identity documents. Do not use repeated automated calls, abusive repetition, impersonation or instructions to access systems.
Scope and availability
The assistant cannot quote prices, accept work, book appointments, make commitments, troubleshoot systems or provide professional advice. Leaving a message does not create an agreement or guarantee a callback. Confirm required action directly with the owner.
This is not an emergency service; contact emergency services directly when needed. Each assistant session is limited to 120 seconds and may end earlier. Capacity, repeat-call and daily limits can prevent answering. Outages can interrupt calls or delay notifications.
Messages and privacy
Speech recognition, translation and summaries may be inaccurate or incomplete. Confirm important details with the owner. Telegram notices are queued for handled calls and status events; qualifying business IT notes go to Drive. Delivery is not immediate or guaranteed; duplicates or recovered notices without messages are possible.
Only the owner connects Google; callers need no account. An authorized synthetic owner voice still speaks as AI.
The privacy notice explains processing, recipients, retention, Google access/revocation and information requests. These terms do not treat continued calling as blanket consent or waive applicable rights. Report errors or concerns to info@smetsoftwaresolutions.be.
