MailHarbor

Your mail,
together.

Bring your mailboxes into one inbox. Keep messages organized with shared labels, and turn invoice attachments into filed originals.

Your accounts. Optional connections. Private or cloud hosting.

Less switching. More clarity.

Make room for the mail that matters.

Keep familiar mailbox views while bringing everyday organization into one place.

One inbox. Your accounts.

Browse Inbox, Unread, Starred and other familiar folders across connected accounts. Use shared labels to keep related messages together.

Invoices with a destination.

Extract details from PDF and supported XML attachments on your application server, without an AI service. File matched originals by business and invoice date; keep unclear details for review.

Catch up with a briefing.

Request a summary when you need it. Optional AI briefings send selected email text to Google for summarization, separately from invoice extraction.

Choose what you connect

Connections

Add the services that fit your workflow. Manage your connected mailboxes and optional Google Drive connection in MailHarbor.

Available connection

Google Drive

Optional

Connect Google Drive to save original invoice attachments after MailHarbor extracts their details. Documents are organized into folders by business, year and quarter.

Extraction runs on your application server. Google Drive receives the original documents when filing is enabled. Set up or disconnect this connection inside MailHarbor.

Ask about cloud hosting

Access and hosting are arranged directly. There is no public registration.

From separate mailboxes to one workflow.

MailHarbor is a working example of custom software connecting mailbox access, document processing and an optional external storage service.

The problem

Messages arrive in different accounts, while invoice attachments need to be found and filed consistently. Moving between inboxes and storage tools breaks up that workflow.

The implementation

One interface brings connected mailboxes and shared labels together. Invoice text extraction runs on the application server; an optional Google Drive connection files the original documents.

The boundaries

Access and deployment are configured for each setup. Ordinary inbox browsing and invoice extraction do not require AI. Optional AI features require separate authorization, as described in the privacy notice.
